SharePoint Architect – Nashua, NH
Location: Nashua, NH
Summary:
The SharePoint Architect is responsible for architecting the optimal enterprise infrastructure and solution architecture for our customers, based in some cases on their current site/farm layout. Experience in developing and consulting on business governance rules as applied to a SharePoint environment are necessary. This position requires knowledge of a wide range of technologies related to enterprise-level infrastructure and software, the intricacies of system configuration and administration across an enterprise, capacity and throughput parameters, and business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- With a specific focus on SharePoint Technologies, the SharePoint Solution Architect is expected to be knowledgeable in all aspects of implementing and administering enterprise class infrastructure systems, network capabilities and of designing and constructing applications to facilitate corporate information access and retrieval.
- The Solution Architect will review and make recommendations to a customer’s current infrastructure topology and consider the application of HiSoftware’s compliance and privacy tools to that environment.
- Hands on experience in utilities and tools for system/web/network administration, system monitoring and usage characteristics and trending, and database connection and usage.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Senior level AD Infrastructure, SharePoint 2007/2010 Architecture, Design and Support
- Senior Level Integration and Maintenance Support of BackOffice Products (Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, LCS, ISA, IIS)
- Design Specifications - Development of detailed design specifications for use by the technical team
- Technical Documentation - Produce technical documentation for all implemented processes
- Documenting SharePoint configuration and architecture
- Managing the site layout structure and content
- Deploying, configuring, and managing customer site collections and associated sub-sites
- Modification of SharePoint environment using SharePoint Designer for site branding and custom designs
- Coordinating with vendors, network administrators, and system analysts for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of any integration or maintenance issues
- Assisting with the identification and specification of SharePoint-related programming tasks and estimating programming effort/hours for project completion
- Must have ability to effectively participate in project team environment as well as interface with the customer one-on-one
- Motivated self-starter who will take the initiative and identify problems and dependencies
- Must possess excellent understanding of SharePoint platform components including network, Secure Socket Layer, SQL, Windows Server 2008, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath Forms, Visual Studio, and .NET.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Demonstrated relational database and object oriented system design experience.
- Hands-on experience building and administering MOSS 2007/2010 BI farms in high availability and high-performance clusters.
- Five or more years of previous experience operating/administrating Enterprise Systems (i.e., user management, backups, upgrades, capacity planning) across multiple platforms.

Customer Solutions Engineer, Entry Level - Nashua, NH
Summary:
Some project management, support and training responsibilities with customers to devise solutions to network problems and business processes unique to each customer.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide solutions to a variety of problems that occur with software or hardware.

Software Consultant / Business Processes Analyst - Nashua, NH
Summary:
HiSoftware is seeking a Sr. Consultant / Business Analyst to join our Services team to help deliver outstanding consultative services to our customers. We are interested in individuals who have a track record of delivering creative solutions to unique problems, and who will thrive in fast paced, challenging situations. The successful candidate must have a strong technical foundation, excellent written, verbal and listening skills, and a passion for fulfilling a customer’s needs through analysis of business problems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer sponsors such that all HiSoftware activities are closely aligned with the customer's business case and strategy, allowing the full potential of their HiSoftware solution to be achieved.
- Develop best practices of HiSoftware implementations and analyze and develop requirements.
- Proactively reach out to customers with active engagements ensuring continued success of implementations.
- Assist in the development of project plans specifying project objectives, tasks, staff requirements, identification of risks, and contingency plans.
- Prepare clear and concise communications to internal and external business partners, senior management regarding initiatives, issues, and achievements.
- Identify and proactively resolve issues which encumber delivery
- Provide input and feedback to product management and development on customer issues, requests and requirements
Requirements:

Enterprise Software Sales Executive – Federal; Washington, DC
Summary:
The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for representing HiSoftware solutions and services to an exiting client base of federal customer and prospect for new opportunities. The focus of this position is to maintain and grow the business, focus on solutions and drive new business opportunities, and support reseller business. This responsibility is accomplished by establishing a professional work relationship (up to the executive level) with the customer, and by developing core understanding of the unique business needs of the customer within their industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Tailor strategy and solutions to meet the needs of the customer and interface with industry to experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solution development.
- Generate revenue bookings for software licenses, support contracts and integration services sufficient to meet or exceed annual targets.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize opportunities to win accounts.
- Manage complex, multiple influence sales opportunities ensuring buy-in from all customers’ stakeholders.
- Work with solution architect resources to effectively position enterprise solutions to customers’ technical evaluation teams.
- Coordinate the development of comprehensive proposals in response to customer RFPs.
- Document and track all activity through web-based sales force automation tools including detailed activity reports, setting tasks for follow-up, lead tracking and probability statistics.
- Maintain sufficient knowledge and understanding of the market, enterprise products and potential impacts of new and competing technologies.
- Provide support to cross-functional teams as needed (networking events, tradeshows, demonstrations and sales calls).
- Works with Management to develop future business plans; independently determines methods for achieving plans.
- Builds, monitors and orchestrates sales pipeline to ensure continuous population and movement of near- and long-term opportunities.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of solution selling experience (software and services).
- Does not require day to day supervision, and has ability to handle most unique situations.
- Strong customer relationship building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to sell to top-level executives
- Exercises judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution
- Highly motivated, possess positive attitude and have excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer networking and file transfer technology and market are highly desirable.
- Travel as required (50%)
